Kinesiologists contribute a vital role in injury rehabilitation, offering individualized exercise therapy.

Kinesiology represents the study of efficient movement, aiming to improve every day function and decrease pain. Kinesiologists contribute a vital role in injury rehabilitation, offering individualized exercise therapy.  A Kinesiologist's exercise prescription is drawn from their education in areas such as exercise physiology, anatomy, biomechanics, pathophysiology, and injury rehabilitation. They work with a large variety of the population, including athletes, older adults, those with chronic diseases, and pre/post-surgical intervention patients.
