Cancellation

Classes: Please note that all class and workshop registrations are final, and we have a strict no-refunds policy. This policy ensures that we can adequately prepare and allocate resources for each session, maintain small class sizes, and uphold the quality of our offerings for all participants. We encourage you to consider your schedule and availability carefully before registering, as refunds or credits for missed classes or workshops will not be provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Athletic Therapy and Kinesiology sessions: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient.  As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment unless you are calling to cancel for a reason related to COVID-19, sickness, or emergency circumstances.

-1st Late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) $25

-2nd time = 50% of treatment cost

-3rd time and any additional times = full price

If you no show and do not give us a call/no notice of cancellation: 100% of treatment is charged.

We ask for a credit card on file to charge upon for any no shows or late fees.
