Rachel Poff is a chiropractor and Pilates instructor with a passion for helping people build strength from the inside out. Through her clinical work, she recognized a consistent need for deeper core and hip stability—key components often missing in traditional rehab and fitness. By integrating Pilates into both one-on-one care and group classes, she focuses on improving movement quality, reducing low back pain, and supporting long-term, sustainable health.
She emphasizes that strong, well-coordinated core function is foundational not only for the low back, but for full-body health—playing a key role in preventing and improving issues like shoulder and neck pain, as well as enhancing overall movement efficiency. Rachel enjoys exploring creative ways to target essential muscle groups and empowering people to feel stronger and more connected to their bodies.
