Practicing these movement styles consistently will improve your flexibility, coordination, breathing, alignment, endurance, concentration, and more! You will start to feel more mindful, and connected to you body, and day-to-day activities will become easier and less stressful.
One of the biggest takeaways from Pilates is developing deep core strength. Your core consists of everything from your pelvis and your armpits, and training all of these muscles regularly is crucial to your overall strength, health, posture, balance, and the way your body functions day to day.
