"Eryn Helped me bounce back from a couple injuries so I decided to try a beginner core class. I don’t feel like my core needs work, but it did. The work we did in group class changed my posture and the way I carry myself day to day. I also find with enduro cross riding & snowboarding i’m relaxed and using simple breathing techniques.
