About the Course

Settle in on a Saturday for a much-needed weekly nervous system reset. This Yoga Nidra class is your invitation to slow down, get cozy with props (and maybe a blanket from home), and truly rest. Through a guided body scan and meditation, you’ll be supported in dropping into deep relaxation with nothing to achieve here other than a really high-quality nap that leaves you refreshed and centred.


*Not for those in acute pain. Open to all levels.
