About the Course
Improve your posture, balance, deep core strength, breathing patterns, and so much more! During our classes together, you will begin to strengthen the muscles around your midsection (transverse abs, obliques, hips, and back extensors) so that your body feels strong and supported from the inside out. Leave feeling invigorated, balanced, and more centred in your body and mind. All levels are welcome. Please bring your mat and a water bottle.
*must be able to get down onto the floor
& back up with ease
