Learn functional fitness patterns that can help you at the gym, in your sport and in life! In this small group class, Kinesiologist, Yoga Instructor, and Strength Coach Kolby will also help you improve your joint mobility and range of motion.

Great for new dads with little time, athletes
and those with aging joints. Ages 30-65.
*Must be able to get up and down from the floor.
