About the Course
Menopause is a biological transition that deserves clear understanding and informed care. This small-group program provides evidence-based education to help you understand hormonal changes and their impact on physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Each week we explore key pillars of midlife health — nutrition, strength training, gut health, and nervous system regulation — and how they influence menopause symptoms and long-term health, while connecting and sharing in a supportive group setting.
