About the Course
Intro to ELDOA series, segmental strengthening, specific proprioception, myofascial stretching and global postural
stretching techniques will be provided.
What you’ll learn over six weeks:
Foundational spinal awareness. High-value
ELDOA postures for the spine, Hips and sacroiliac region. Myofascial stretching & integration
Understanding fascial lines rather than isolated muscles. Postural intelligence you can take into daily life
Especially beneficial for people in 30s through 70s
ELDOA is low-impact and non-ballistic, but it is precise. Modifications will be offered, and participants are encouraged to work conservatively.
❗This class is not appropriate for: Acute disc injury or severe flare-ups. Recent surgery without clearance. Make sure you are cleared for gentle, controlled movement
